Refund policy

 

Please note all sales are final and may not be returned, cancelled, or exchanged. If the item is damaged, or the incorrect item was received, please email us within seven (7) days of the date your order is received at returns@hellawkward.com and provide your name, order number, description of the issue and please attach a photograph of the damaged item received. 

If your order qualifies for a return, once we receive the item(s), we will ship out the replacement item(s) as soon as possible. If the item(s) are out of stock, we will ship them to you as soon as inventory is restocked. 

Please send us the tracking number once received to allow us to track and update you on the status. Please allow exchanges to take up to 5-7 business days once received. 


If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds For Damaged Items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
